About Bolton
Bolton is a town in the north-west of England. Located near the West Pennine Moors, it is the largest settlement of the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton in Greater Manchester.

About Wigan
Wigan is a town in Greater Manchester, North West England. The town is the largest settlement of the Metropolitan Borough of Wigan, and lies within the historic county boundaries of Lancashire.
